Water: Turn on main supply valve and turn on faucets to bleed air from pipes

Hot Water Heater: Turn on breaker or light pilot light

Ice Maker: Turn on

A/C, Furnace and Humidistat: Adjust settings as needed

Toilets: Turn on valve and flush

Smoke & CO2 detectors: Test and replace batteries if needed

Patio Furniture: Move to outside if stored inside the home

Lights: Check light fixtures and lamps – replace bulbs if needed

Home Closing After Departure

Refrigerator: Empty if necessary

Ice Maker: Turn off

A/C, Furnace and Humidistat: Check and adjust settings as needed

Small Electrical Appliances: Unplug

Hot Water Heater: Turn off

Toilets: Shut off valves
