Services

A comprehensive home watch service will consist primarily of exterior and interior inspections as detailed below (some may not apply to your preferences). Services can be tailored to meet your needs. A report will be created and sent to you after each visit with photos attached if needed or desired.

EXTERIOR CHECK

The perimeter check will include visually inspecting doors/windows/screens/sliders to make sure property is secured.

Visual exterior check of yard, landscaping, sprinklers

Visual exterior check of outdoor light fixtures

Visual exterior check of roof and gutters

Visual check of pool area (if applicable)

INTERIOR CHECK

Check interior temperature (degrees and humidity using hygrometer)

Check thermostat and humidistat

Check all windows and doors—locked and secure?

Visual check for signs of mold and mildew and water damage

Check for signs of insects or rodents

Check smoke detectors

Kitchen Check:

Turn on faucet and check for leaks or drips

Refrigerator working okay?

Ice maker turned off?

Run garbage disposal

Bathroom Check:

Run water in sinks, showers, and tubs and check for leaks or drips

Flush toilets on every visit

Utility Room Check:

Check circuit breaker panel

Water heater—check circuit break is off

Washer-Dryer, check water supply line (if visible) for leaks

Garage Check:

Check for signs of insects or rodents

Is door opener in “locked” position and bottom gasket tight to prevent insect entry?

Departure:

Activate security system and lock door

Turn off water
